Strengths-based oriented teams are more engaged, productive, and happy. The StrengthsCORE™ Team Engagement program prepares the way and implements a strengths-based culture mindset. The program focuses on three main outcomes: 


  • development of a foundational understanding of top five strengths 

  • appreciation and optimization of the team's set of strengths

  • increased engagement, productivity, trust, and worklife happiness. 


 This program includes both 1:1 sessions with each team member and group workshops.
